Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a software robot that requires the installation of both clients and servers for large-scale organizational tasks, and a specialized management organization depending on the scale of operation.

As an alternative, RDA can be introduced first for employees to experience the business effect using digital workforce and then, RPA, or both RDA and RPA can be introduced to generate higher productivity.
